Explore the ECCN 2023-2024 priorities. The ECCN is one of three learning networks managed by USAID’s Leading Through Learning Global Platform (LTLGP), a global education learning system for USAID and partners to enhance thought leadership and education program quality. 

Other LTLGP learning networks include the Higher Education Learning Network (HELN) and the Global Reading Network (GRN), as well as a regional hub in Latin America and the Caribbean and chapters in Africa.
